Like for this Acc pack.. I am buying the limit of 2 - one for me and one for Tr3s who is out on vacation when it is offered.

Once it goes up after the 6th, if there is anyone who stil needs a hand to complete the collection with the members of their household, I'll do all i can to order what I can for them to help out.

It is the farthest thing from a scalper that I can think of as I am getting them for others, and most times barely if ever break even on doing it.

Peek: My larger point is we we can't just raise the price of retail figures for any reason. The subsequent point about Billy is one I can't argue. Truth be told, I don't know how it happened, but it has been a subject of a fair amount of discussion at the office. Suffice to say, most of us don't agree w/ the decision.

Snape: I'm no longer involved in the Club, but there were a variety of ways people tried to circumvent the system. Same info, multiple orders. Different names, same address, same card. Different names, different cards, same address.

We have a hot-list basically of repeat offenders and their aliases used to order multiples. We had a guy who owns businesses in Canada and the U.S. We had a guy with several shops who ordered in different names, addresses AND cards. His mistake was using the same or similar e-mails addresses for all. Stupid.

We run small handwritten macro programs against orders to check for duplicate information. If you're dedicated, you can get around it, but its nearly impossible to build a foolproof system.

Dion, I know you're not directly involved with the club, but I really think you should tell the guys to look into an affiliate in Europe. Both Palisades and Mezco make it so you can join their CC through Forbidden Planet, which avoids the shipping charges. I think this would be a great move for McF, and if you look at the number of posts relating to shipping charges on the White board then you'll see I'm not in the minority. I want this Accesory pack, and the CC Heap, but due to the shipping charges, can't justify them. I bought a Stealth Pred and it end up costing me $60. I know it's not as easy as that but think McF should really look into it, it would make a big difference.
